I’ve never had anyone try to talk me into anything that didn’t need to be done or that didn’t need to be done immediately. Thank you, good advice, and on one occasion, they were able to fix the brake instead of replacing it, which saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend the Cascade SUBARU service department.

Mark was amazing. I wasn't quite sure which model of car I really needed. We sat down at his desk and went through the options. He asked me what I really needed and wanted. We test drove a Forester Sport. Then decided on a Forester hybrid. I love it and the color!! Rick was also very helpful. This is my second purchase with Cascade Subaru. I would highly recommend them.

My first visit on a Subaru lot at Cascade Auto Center. I have many family and friends giving me recommendations for a new car purchase for a couple of years. After looking into their suggestions I was dismayed at the safety ratings and the cost of a new vehicle. Recently, all on my own, I stopped into Cascade Auto Subaru. I walked up to a new Subaru vehicle and viewed the manufacturer’s invoice on the window and I was surprised!! I had sticker shock, not because of the price of the Subaru was high, but, in fact, the price of a new 2025 Subaru was ridiculously affordable. Leon Comeau, the sales representative, was so personable, educational and was not a high tactic salesman. The whole time being at the Subaru dealership, I had no stress, anxiety and no pressure from Leon. In fact, I was so impressed with everything learning about the Subaru’s and the different models I was able to drive home that day within 2 hours with a 2025 Touring XT. Now, let me remind you, I am about being practical and being safe in a vehicle, that the Subaru fit every point in selecting a new car for me. I can’t imagine why someone would pay for vehicles that are $50k plus for a new car. Thank you Subaru for producing a phenomenal product that a car owner could be proud of and be able to afford.
